A very tranquil area in which this kibbutz inn is nestled makes it an excellent choice for couple of days worth of vacationing in the country -- as a break from the city life. Found no drawbacks to this place. The personnel was very friendly and on hand to respond to such inconveniences as having my phone charger left at home (they found their own and very kindly offered it for our use). Meals (and we have been additionally treated to evening dinner for free, though I am not sure those are served up every day) are frugal but fresh and wholesome, and one can help oneself to ample servings of them in the communal mess room. This place is also occasionally used for meditation classes, so most of the time its visiting clientele is as quiet as a grave. Country lanes around the inn are great for cycling -- but better bring your own bike, as I am not sure they have an arrangement for hiring it (though there are possibly some bikes that are owned by the kibbutz members). Transportation to and from kibbitz is though problematic. It costs about 70 shekel to get there from the nearest town with bus connection which is Karmiel.

Our stay at Kibbutz Inbar was a delightful experience. The two-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable, and the owners were always on site, making us feel like guests in their home. Shimmy, the concierge, was knowledgeable about local destinations and provided helpful recommendations. The breakfast was lavish and delicious, with fresh and varied dishes replenished as needed. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and it was easy to buy supplies in the nearby village. a great place to stay in the Galilee region.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Kibbutz Inbar Country Lodging was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the north of Israel, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a little more variety in terms of dishes and cutlery.

Friendly, caring staff. Refrigerator and microwave are outside your door, but no problems with them. Rooms are very small...like most in Israel.
The picture used to advertize is not of the buildings you stay in...a little disappointing

As travellers we found the lodgings accessable by car to the sights and places of interest in the Galilee. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed medical attention. The relaxed informal chats with the staff gave us better insights into Israel, its people and the way it is goverened with national pride and a passion for solving problems.

As adults, we loved the charming bucolic setting amidst the rolling hills of the Galilee. the spotlessly clean rooms, gardens of lavender and rosemary, and the blissfully hot shower with strong water pressure were delightful. the sumptuous vegetarian breakfast with homemade salads, freshly-picked tea, and fresh cheeses made our mouths water. the artistic flair of mosaics and watercolour paintings throughout the site added a unique touch. the friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed hiking amidst the flowers of nearby Nahal Tavor.
Felt spoilt, no reason to complain.

Kibbutz Inbar is a well-located lodge for travelers who wish to tour anywhere in the Galilee. Most nearby hotels have priced themselves in the luxury range, too high for a regular family of four. Kibbutz Inbar remains affordable while providing an excellent stepping stone for tourism nearby. Although the rooms are "basic," they are clean and sufficient. The grounds are very pleasant and well-maintained, and the atmosphere afforded by the kibbutz members/staff, as well as by the other guests, make staying at Inbar a pleasure. The typical "Israeli" breakfast was perfectly fine; other meals must be sought elsewhere in the region. The proximity of Inbar to the vegetarian moshav Amirim and its many interesting restaurants is a plus.

Very peaceful and serene. Great breakfast. I especially liked that the kibbutz was far from any road and it was so quiet.
